5th Draft

This is our 5th Draft. We have included more zombies and connotations of zombies. The title are mixed in with Facebook so there is no titles over lapping the clip.  

Class feed back from 4th draft

Our feed back wasn't what we quite expected. Most people complained about that there wasn't enough zombies or connotations of zombies. So we will have to put in more connotations of zombies. Another issue was that some people didn't like the soundtrack. Lastly people liked the Facebook but thought it would be better if we put the titles in with the Facebook so it was all linked.

4th Draft

This is our 4th draft. We have added the credits and titles on to the title sequence. The title is at the end of the title sequence so that through out the title sequence. The audience will not notice throughout the sequence is to do with zombies till right at the end of the sequence and they will see the title and know what it is about.

3rd Draft

This is our 3rd draft. We have edited it more and lozzie has used better software which is Hypercam to recored the Facebook parts. Lozzie used foley sounds of clicking and typing but they cant be heard clearly and are too quite. 

2nd Draft

This is our second draft. The sequence is very jittery and blurry so it is hard to see what is being typed. We played around with scale on final cut pro but it didn't work that well.

Feed back from our first draft

During tuesdays lesson we had to present our title sequence to Shaun. He said that it seemed a bit gay because there was mostly pictures of just the protagonists so he suggested for us to add in pictures of the protagonists with girls. He said that we should record the Facebook parts on a mac so it would seem  more professional. Lastly he said that we should cut down on the pictures and stop repeating them.

Soundtrack research

We have got more music because we thought that our original soundtrack was to popish.

First draft

This is the first draft of our title sequence. As you can see some of the scenes are a bit to dark and jittery   and out of focus. So we will have to reshot some of the sense plus someone said that it would be better if we filmed the Facebook on the computer so it was at a better quality. We also needed terry to upload a the video.

Sound updated

This is our first draft of our song for the title sequence. We have put it onto final cut pro then uploaded it to youtube but sounded a little bit distorted. So now we have to go and correct it.

These are some affect that we could have in are title sequence plus we need to make our foley sounds.

Costume plan

These are the sort of clothes that the characters (protagonists) would be wearing in the film. It shows that they are just some normal teenage boys.

Principal shoot

We meet up at lozzie around about 11:30 on saturday the 8th of February.

We then went out in the rain to Bostal woods it was very windy but we just took photos of the location which suited our title sequence.


  

We found a abandoned wear house so we took some shots of it and the area around it.

Sound track

During our free lesson we decided to try and find some uncopyrighted sound and music we could us for our title sequence.

This is our first draft of our story board which didn't go to plan. 

Fonts

These are the fonts from our questionnaires. This is the most preferred font and the font that we most liked.

This is the first design it is just the plain and a bit boring.



This is the second design. We thought that it would be better to add a shadow because it would create an affect. We added a white shadow but thought it was a bit to simple and comedy.



We then changed the shadow to a darker red. Aiden preferred this one.



The last change we made was the shadow to a dark grey. This is the one that i most liked and so did Terry.
